Vincent Rosa‑Chavez, known on stage as Vinny Franco, is an award‑winning R&B/neo‑soul vocalist, producer, and songwriter originally from the Twin Cities. A classically trained musician with over a decade of experience - including weddings, jazz ensembles, and church singing - Vinny founded and led the dynamic 8-9-piece collective Vinny Franco & The Love Channel, bringing energetic performances to Minneapolis mainstays like First Avenue, 7th St Entry, The Amsterdam, and The Green Room. He channels influences from soul legends like Al Green, Stevie Wonder, Earth, Wind & Fire, and Prince, while infusing contemporary flair inspired by Anderson .Paak and Allen Stone.

At Black Label Music, Vinny has progressed from intern to producer and catalog artist, crafting original music for licensing and campaigns. He contributed vocals, writing, and production to the label’s catalog—bringing that soulful, horn‑driven warmth and emotional sincerity to their projects—and was featured in their Artist Interview Series. His recent solo work, including the Paper House EP and singles like “Window Baby” and “Sentimental Feeling,” showcase his signature blend of heartfelt lyricism and lush alt-R&B textures. With his soulful voice and creative versatility, Vinny continues to elevate both his personal artistry and the sonic offerings of Black Label.
